That’s why they turned to Florida Atlantic University’s Combustion Lab and why they now have three patents issued and two patents pending for this new technology that is proven to reduce fuel consumption, reduce emissions and save money. This exciting new Fuel Saving Technology is the result of hard work, years of trial and error, and the genius of Gerald Rowley, a gearhead since he was allowed to get out of his baby carriage. Normally the combustion process allows a percentage of unburned fuel to travel straight out the exhaust. Why, because diesel fuel is made up of a many long chains of hydrocarbons that do not break down before combustion. Vapster-Diesel products allow this process to occur before the fuel enters the combustion chamber. The Vapster-Diesel products are actually an onboard fuel treatment system that pretreats the fuel to make the fuel more conducive to the combustion process. The Vapster-Diesel products help breakdown the longer chains into shorter chains and allows more oxygen atoms to attach themselves to the diesel fuel clusters before being combusted. This process is accomplished through vaporization and ionization of the diesel fuel. The result is more complete combustion and finer atomization of the fuel when mixing with the incoming air in the combustion chambers. In other words, less work for more energy. This action is completed using two Catalysts in our Products. One Catalyst being heat (Vaporization) and the other Catalyst being Metallic Ions (Ionization).
