Back in April of this year the first event at Watkins Glen Race Track is the Toyota Green Gran Prix. Numerous vehicles from around the country enter the event. The objective of the race is to travel 2 hours on the road course track and use the least amount of fuel to travel the event. Entries include electric vehicles, hybrids, biofuel vehicles, diesel cars and diesel trucks. There are divisions for each of the classes. Vapster-Diesel products were introduced on a 2006 VW Jetta TDI. This car was driven by Gerald Rowley and navigator was Genoveva Gonzalez. Mileage driven and speeds were recorded for each entry by means of a transponder attached to each vehicle. After the Checkered flag had fallen Vapster-Diesel came in first place in the division of 4 cylinder Diesel Cars for highest fuel mileage.
A picture of Mr. Rowley with his First Place Trophy standing in front of the 2006 VW Jetta TDI is shown below.
Dyno Tests were Performed on a 2007 Chevy Silverado with a 6.6L Duramax Diesel at Fitzgibbon Performance Center in Pompano Beach, FL on June 5, 2017.

A copy of the report (PDF file) showing the increase torque is attached to this Memo.
A copy the Horsepower Files will appear in a future Post.

We have posted a Video showing what diesel vapor looks like.
What we can’t post is what diesel vapor smells like. Very pungent! Only operate in outdoor area or under fume hood.
